Directors and Advisers
ARCH. ROMMEL C. GAVIETA, MA (URP), MSC (ENG), PA (MI)
PPDC-HK is headed by Rommel C. Gavieta, an Architect by Profession, with a diverse work track record that spans international & local companies, government agencies, multi-lateral agencies, banking finance, construction-operation-maintenance companies and the academe. Arch. Gavieta has undergraduate degree in Architecture with focus on University Campus Planning from the University of the Philippines, a graduate degree in Regional & Urban Planning from also the University of the Philippines with focus on HH Energy Planning. With a scholarship from the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Arch. Gavieta earned his 2nd graduate degree in International Construction Management & Engineering from the University of Leeds with focus in Airport Project Finance.
ATTY. MAURO JOHN S. REYES III
Atty. John Reyes is an alumni of the University of the Philippines Diliman, with an Undergraduate Degree in Economics and a Degree in Doctor of Jurisprudence. He was admitted into the bar in 1990 and has led a successful legal career in handling litigation, corporate and labor cases in the telecommunication, food processing and beverage sectors. He has acted as corporate legal counsel for some of the top 50 corporations in the Phlippines namely San Miguel Corporation, San Miguel Brewery, Inc., Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc., Pure Foods Manufacturing Corp., Smart Communications among others. Currently, Atty. John Reyes is the Managing Partner of Reyes, Reyes and Lumibao Law Offices.
ENGR. FREDERICK C. PARAYNO, MS (CE)
Engr. Frederick Parayno is the current President of Metro Rail Transit Development Corporation (MRTDC) for Special Projects and Commercial Development. A Civil Engineering graduate of University of Santo Tomas (Philippines), Mr. Parayno also finished his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering at University of the Philippines.
ATTY. ROGELIO J. BONDOC, JR.
Atty. Bondoc has an Undergraduate Degree in Economics at the University of Santo Tomas and got his Degree in Doctor of Jurisprudence from Ateneo de Manila University. Currently, he is a Special Counsel for Private Public Partnership and Corporate Law at the Suarez Narvaza Law Firm and the Corporate Secretary of Metro Rail Transit Holding Inc. since 2000.
MS. JENNIFER P. ACMAN
Jennifer Acman is an alumni of the University of the Philippines Los Banos and AMA Computer University, with a background in Civil Engineering, Business Development and Administration, and Project Finance. Since 2003, Ms. Acman has been handling Project Development and Management for projects in different industries including transportation, real estate, infrastructure, land reclamation and advertisement.
